Mysticism in the Abrahamic Traditions

At their core, religious traditions throughout history have been a path to bring people closer to the divine. In the search for oneness with God, beliefs and practices within the three Abrahamic traditions have converged and diverged over time. In his book, Mysticism in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam: Searching for Oneness, Dr. Ori Soltes traces the emergence of mysticism within the Abrahamic traditions from Biblical times through the present day. Guests joined Abrahamic House, either in-person or virtually, for a book talk and discussion with Dr. Soltes about these themes. Dinner was provided for those who attended in-person and many stayed to continue conversing over a meal.
