This event combined quiet study time with opportunities to recharge your mind and spirit through mindfulness exercises and moments of inspiration drawn from diverse traditions. Thanks to those who came and contributed to the thoughtful and calm environment. Coffee and tea fueled the group as they engaged in conversations around faith, paused for prayer, shared moments of inspiration, and supported one another in their independent studies.
From 5 PM to 6 PM, everyone took a break and a delicious dinner was served!
